Arrival & Health

Please arrive on time or 3-5 minutes early. To ensure the best experience, please inform us of any medical conditions or specific areas needing attention before your session. You can include these in your online booking notes or via text/call.

Cancellations

We do not charge last-minute cancellation fees because we trust our clients to keep their appointments. However, if something comes up, it is imperative that you contact us immediately. If you can't make it, finding a friend to take your spot is always greatly appreciated! If you cannot keep your appointment, please call or text—please do not "no-show."

No-Shows

We value our providers' time and our clients' commitment. While we understand that emergencies happen, please call or text if you cannot keep your appointment. After two "no-shows," we will no longer be able to accept advanced bookings. However, you are always welcome to visit us as a walk-in client, and we will do our best to accommodate you if a provider is available.

Late Arrivals

If you know you will be more than 5 minutes late, please inform us ASAP. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot compromise the quality or timing of the next client’s session.

Safety & Professionalism

Draping: Professional draping is strictly required. You will be modestly covered by a sheet or towel at all times; only the area being massaged will be undraped.
Boundaries: We provide professional therapeutic bodywork only. Any behavior of a sexual nature will not be tolerated. The session will end immediately, and you will be responsible for full payment.
Minors: A parent or guardian must remain in the room for the entire session. We offer a connected room so both can relax and enjoy a massage together. We prefer minors to remain clothed, but leave this to the parent's discretion.

Liability Waiver

By booking an appointment, you agree to release your provider and Acu Massage from any and all liabilities—past, present, and future—relating to massage therapy and bodywork.
