Acu Massage & Spa is a comforting oasis where ancient healing arts and techniques blend with innovative wellness. We believe in the power of touch, the body's natural ability to heal itself, and the ancient art of Chinese medicine, all of which combine to achieve the optimum level of health and enjoyment from life.
Founder, Ms. Jing Liu, is a licensed Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist. She is a graduate of Henan Medical University in China and Virginia University of Integrative Medicine. She practiced medicine in china, and has been trained by Dr. Jun Chen, who is a well-known doctor specializing in Chinese medicine and Qi Gong. Led by Ms. Jing Liu, our goal is to provide customized plans designed to create balance and healing that can promote health and treat illness.
Our Policies
Arrival: Please arrive on time, or 3-5 minutes early. Please inform us about any concerns and medical conditions related to your message, as well as the areas that need attention before we start the session. You may leave this information in the note area when you book appointment online, or via text/call.

Cancellation: We do not charge a last-minute cancellation fee, because we believe our customers try their best to keep the appointments. We recognize that things happen; however, it is imperative that you contact us immediately. It would be very kind if you find someone who can take your spot!!
Late Arrival: Please inform us ASAP when you know you will be more than 5 minutes late. We will try to accommodate late-comers in the best manner possible, but we cannot compromise on the quality and timely service to other customers.
No-Show: We understand last-minute cancellation, but we ask you to call or text if you cannot keep the appointment.

Minors: The parent needs to be in the room with the minor for the entire session. We have a connected room, in which both of you could relax and enjoy a massage. We prefer minors to keep their clothes on, but it’s up to the parent.
Draping: You will always be modestly draped by a sheet or a large towel. Only the area being massaged will be undraped. You may leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort. Private areas must be draped.
Boundaries: We offer professional and therapeutic bodywork only. Anything of sexual nature will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave immediately and you will be responsible for full payment.

Waiver: By making and accepting the appointment, you have agreed to release your provider(s) and Acu Massage from any and all liabilities, past, present, and future relating to massage therapy and bodywork.
