IMG_0185.JPG

Essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils) are added into massage oil or lotion. During an aromatherapy massage, you inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin. They are thought to promote beneficial changes in your mind and body by affecting the limbic system, a region of the brain known to influence the nervous system.

CBD Oil

$10

We use high quality, THC-free CBD massage oil on full body. Both of the techniques and the product we apply support rapid and lasting relief from joint and muscle pain, associated with daily living, sports injuries, arthritis, sprains, bruises and related types of inflammation.

Scalp Massage (add. 10 mins)

Essential Oil-2.jpg

Targetting specific meridian points to influence the quality and flow of the Qi, helping to restore balance. It increases blood circulation and can also reduce stress and tension.

Face Massage (add. 10 mins)

$20

This is not a facial. Face massage focuses on the meridian points and those tiny facial knots. Not only it's healthy to open the blocked channel, but also it loosens up the facial knots, in turn gives you a fuller and younger look!  Try to do the same thing at home when you are not here. You will see a difference in less than a week!

Hot Stone Treatment

$20

Hot Stone Massage-5.jpg

Hot stone massage therapy is an age-old treatment with the addition of heat for a modern twist. These stones provide heat therapy to the muscles. The heat can help reduce tension and pain deeper and faster.

Foot Reflexology (add. 10 mins)

$20

Foot Reflexology has been practiced in many cultures for centuries to promote health and well-being. Today, reflexology is considered alternative medicine. Beyond the feel-good effects of the treatment, the practice and purpose go deeper than the skin and muscles by taking specific reflex points on the foot to induce a healing response in corresponding organs and areas of the body.

Dry Cupping (add. 10 mins)

$20

cupping.jpg

Dry Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin, and use a rubber pump to create suction.  This causes your skin to rise and redden as your blood vessels expand. The cup is generally left in place for a few minutes, or moved from place to place. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
