Essential Oils

Essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils) are added into massage oil or lotion. During an aromatherapy massage, you inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin. They are thought to promote beneficial changes in your mind and body by affecting the limbic system, a region of the brain known to influence the nervous system.

We use high quality and THC-free CBD massage oil on full body. Both of the techniques and the product we apply support rapid and lasting relief from joint and muscle pain, associated with daily living, sports injuries, arthritis, sprains, bruises and related types of inflammation.

Hot Stones

Hot stone massage therapy is an age-old treatment with the addition of heat for a modern twist. Water-heated, smooth stones are placed strategically on the body on key points—with or without pressure—for the ultimate in relaxation and pain relief.

Dry Cupping

Dry Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin, and use a rubber pump to create suction.  This causes your skin to rise and redden as your blood vessels expand. The cup is generally left in place for a few minutes, or moved from place to place. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. Cupping can leave temporary marks.

Walk on The Back

Walk on The Back is a centuries-old massage technique using deep strokes from the massage therapist's feet. We have the potential of applying our entire body weight when appropriate.
